I’m Trine Lise — the heart behind Quantum ReSoul.
With more than 30 years of administrative experience from the University of Bergen, I bring together structure, empathy, and depth in everything I do.
For over two decades, I’ve also explored the vast potential of the mind through meditation, self-development, and spiritual practice.
That journey eventually led me to the healing arts — and to the work I do today.
✨ My Journey
In 2006, I began my education at the Past Life Regression Academy in Oslo with Andy Tomlinson.
There I discovered the transformative power of regression therapy and the beauty of guiding others toward wholeness.
Since then, I’ve continued learning through international studies in:
Reiki, Theta Healing, Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Healing, and Soul Body Fusion® — as well as advanced regression therapy, trauma work, and energy medicine.

My work blends science, energy, and spirituality, always guided by compassion and respect for your unique process.
Together, we explore how body, mind, and soul communicate — and how you can return to your natural state of harmony and trust.
